After plying in the trade for more than a decade, Benson founded Belift to combine his passion for interior design with providing functional and aesthetically pleasing lifts to people.

After spending 14 years at Chevalier as Head of Maintenance, Lionel founded FB Industries in 1997. Lionel now passes his knowledge on to the next generation to take over and grow the brand.

With over 20 years in project management and architecture, Ray Tan has served in senior roles at global companies like Fragrance Group Limited and Far East Organization. He holds a Masters in Project Management from National University of Singapore, a first-class Bachelors in Construction Management, and a Diploma in Architecture.

Shu Lin held an impressive tenure of 5 years in the Lift and Elevator industry, has been an absolutely pivotal figure in the evolution and expansion of the company. Since the inception of the company, she played a key role in shaping the direction and growth of the business.

Joel, with his extensive experience spanning 5 years in the Lift and Escalator Industry, is entrusted with the responsibility of our Product Management. His role involves close liaison with our factories, ensuring smooth communication and seamless operation of the production process.

Tian Sheng began as a technician as years goes back, he has overseen lift installation projects Technical matters. Aside that, he is in charge of Modernization projects, as well as the Compliance.
